What is goal setting?
Goal setting is a process that can help you inprove adn feel good about yourself. We start by setting long term goals, which, following its namesake, take a longer time to achieve. We reach that long term goal by setting short term goals, which are specific things you want to be able to do in a short period of time.
What is the difference between long-term goals and short-term goals?
Long term goals are things you want to achieve over a long period of time. Short term goals help to achieve long term goals by setting up specific things you want to accomplish over a short period of time.
